My wife and I met Chris Becker in February 2017, we had rented for over 23 years and never thought we could afford a new home…Chris showed us several lots and the different prices of C&M new homes…She walked us thru the process, as this was all new to us…She spent countless hours of her time at all times of the day helping us…From picking out our lot, to banking procedures and the style and design of our first new home. We moved in in August of 2017 early by several weeks, we had one of our sons getting married in early September and wanted to be in our home by then, she made sure we were in several weeks ahead of schedule.. Even during the winter and an environment with covid-19 restrictions in place, we were able to sell the high-end house within four months of listing.
